Electronics Repair Technician – Gloucestershire
I'm currently working with an Electronics manufacturer who specialise in Industrial automation applications. They are currently looking for a Electronics repair technician to be part of the R & D and production team.
As an Electronic Technician, your role involves collaborating with our design engineers. You'll be responsible for aiding in the assembly and testing of prototypes and small production runs of equipment. Additionally, you'll troubleshoot electronics and electromechanical devices. Duties will extend to supporting research and development initiatives, participating in prototype manufacturing.
Key Skills:
- PC-A-610 certified & experience of electronics component handling Circuit Board testing to component level
- Experience of diagnostic equipment e.g. multi-meters & oscilloscopes etc
- Repair & Fault finding down to component level
- Creating wiring looms & soldering
- Read & Understand BoM documentation, schematics and drawings
