Your new role

This is a key role within the organisation and my client is looking for an experienced, dedicated, Personal Assistant to support one of the Directors and the sales team. As a PA, you'll enjoy a varied role and play a crucial part in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Role Overview:

  • Schedule management: Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
  • Communication: Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
  • Administrative tasks: Prepare reports, maintain records, and assist with document management to support the office and sales team.
  • Event coordination: Arrange conferences, workshops, and company events.
  • Travel logistics: Book flights, accommodations, and transport.
  • Personal support: Handle personal errands and tasks as needed for the Director.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a PA or Office Manager in a similar role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Discretion and the ability to work confidentiality
