Due to growth, tney're looking to add motivated Tax professionals (from Senior to Senior Manager) with experience in Property Taxes to join their dynamic team.
Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in Property Taxes to join and expand the property tax services team. The ideal candidate will be ATT or CTA qualified (or Qualified by Experience), demonstrating a deep understanding of property tax regulations and a proven ability to navigate complex tax scenarios. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of property tax clients, providing high-quality compliance and advisory services.
- Prepare and review property tax returns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant legislation.
- Advise clients on property tax planning strategies, offering innovative solutions to minimize tax liabilities.
- Stay updated with changes in property tax laws and regulations, ensuring clients are informed of potential impacts.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive tax advice and support to clients.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in Property Taxes.
- ATT or CTA qualified (or equivalent).
- Strong technical knowledge of property tax legislation.
- Excellent communication and client management skills
