Facilities and Procurement Manager

We are seeking a Facilities and Procurement Manager to join our team and create a safe, healthy, and welcoming work environment. This role is integral to establishing a strong purchasing brand, defining, and implementing policies, and leading ESG initiatives.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead health and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Provide up-to-date training.
- Handle facilities queries
- Onboard new employees
- Manage the company fleet in line with policies.
- Implement Group procurement rules and contribute to strategic procurement projects.
- Monitor expenses, implement cost-saving measures, and manage contracts.
- Coordinate property and building services, including annual insurance renewals.
- Champion ESG initiatives, monitor the carbon footprint, and report to the Group.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in delivering high-level customer service.
- Energetic, self-reliant, and a strong team player.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Quick learner with a strategic focus to achieve key objectives.
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation, lease, and building contracts.
- Excellent communication skills and experience supervising a small team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications: Excel (advanced), Word, PowerPoint.
- British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM) Accreditation.
- Degree level education or equivalent is desirable.
- Certified IT skills, first aid-trained, and fire marshal trained.
- Project Management qualifications (PRINCE2 / PMQ) are desirable.
