This is a fantastic opportunity to support children and young people with complex needs, including autism and other learning difficulties, helping them to build confidence, independence, and key life skills.
Working alongside experienced educators and therapists, you'll support pupils through both classroom-based and community learning. - Promoting life skills, social understanding, and self-help skills
- Supporting learners during both school-based and off-site activities
What we're looking for:
- A patient, caring and resilient attitude
- A genuine interest in working with young people with additional needs
- Team players who are reliable, flexible and positive
- Some experience or knowledge of SEN or autism is desirable—but not essential

- A fully supported 6-month probationary period
- Comprehensive training and mentoring
- A collaborative, inclusive school environment
- Real career development in a rewarding field
