Prospero Teaching is currently looking for enthusiastic and passionate Primary Teaching Assistants to teach in lovely Primary schools based in the North Somerset area. We are partnered with several schools and have part-time, full time, long-term and short-term roles available.
The schools we work with are looking for Teaching Assistants who have a passion for teaching and learning. The teacher will need to help deliver lessons to a high standard. You must be a committed practitioner, who will want to attain the highest standards in learning throughout the role. You will need to be a collaborative and driven individual who will work with Class Teachers with the delivery of subjects and curriculum.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
Location: North Somerset
Position: Primary Teaching Assistant
Type of work: day-to-day and long-term teaching in Primary schools
Start Date: September 2024
Duration/likely Duration: Long term
Contract Type: Part time and full time depending on schools needs
Minimum rate of pay: From GBP90-100 a day
Hours: 08:30am-4pm (full time), half day (am or pm), individual lesson cover

EXPERIENCE
Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable not essential)
DBS on the update system or willing to proceed through process

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold right to work in the UK
Hold and enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references
