About The Company
They supply a comprehensive range of installation services, repairs and reactive maintenance to domestic properties and the commercial and industrial sectors. They operate throughout Mansfield, Chesterfield, Sheffield, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and surrounding areas.
They are now looking to recruit an electrician on a permanent basis to join their friendly team. The suitable candidate must be fully qualified and an experienced electrician with a current understanding of the wiring regulations. A clean driver's licence is a requirement as a company van will be provided.
Candidate Requirements - Skills and knowledge
Experience in domestic installations, able to carry out reactive maintenance, capable of inspection and testing, (qualified to 18th edition and ideally hold C&G 2391 qualification). Have completed an apprenticeship and have been working as an electrician for a minimum of 5 years. Due to nature of the work, live within close traveling distance to the Mansfield area where the office is based.
- Understand current electrical requirements and regulations, BS7671
- Hold relevant qualifications and professional qualifications
- Qualified to City & Guilds 236 parts 1 & 2 or equivalent
- Qualified to City & Guilds 2381
- Have completed the City & Guilds 2382, 18th Edition
- Qualified to 2391 or 2394/2395 would be beneficial
- Valid ECS card
- Asbestos awareness (though training can be provided)
- Salary to be discussed dependent on experience and abilities
