We are working with an established Freight Forwarder, who are looking to recruit a Trainee International Operator.
You will work directly with the International Operations Supervisor to oversee the administration of a VIP account and gain experience on all areas of the international shipping both Imports & Exports.
Role Involves:
- Answering phones providing information and assistance to callers.
- Deal with incoming messages/ mail and deliver then to individuals,
- Use appropriate software packages to record operational work undertaken producing reports for internal
- and external stakeholders.
- General Administrative duties.
Skills needed.
- Interested in freight forwarding.
- Good IT skills and keen to learn new ones.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to priorities, work independently.
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
