Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the tender process, maintain the tender calendar, gather documentation.
- Develop cost estimates and pricing models, collaborate with teams for accurate costing.
- Apply costing policies, stay updated on pricing methodologies.
- Central point for inquiries, coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitate meetings.
- Manage documentation, prepare reports, assist with proofreading and quality control.
Your background:
- Strong organisational skills
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Tenders/bids background or previously worked in the supply chain industry
