Requirements:
- Display exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues when working as a SEN Tutor.
- Exhibit a passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on student's lives.
- Showcase creativity and flexibility in lesson planning, adapting to different learning styles and abilities.
- Maintain a patient and empathetic approach when working with students facing learning challenges.
