Key Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate and clear notes during lectures, tutorials, seminars, and group discussions (typed or handwritten as needed)
- Edit and review notes after sessions to ensure they are accessible and well-structured
- Maintain professionalism and build a positive working relationship with the student
- Put the student's needs first while following university and service guidelines
- Liaise with Randstad to raise concerns, protect confidentiality, and ensure the quality of support
Requirements:
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Excellent spelling and grammar
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Personal laptop for taking and submitting notes via email
Successful applicants will complete a video interview, as well as a typing and note-taking assessment.
