**Executive Coach** (Contract)

Rate: A highly competitive Umbrella Day Rate is available for suitable candidates
Role Profile
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Coach to join our team. As an Executive Coach, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our diverse group of leaders and help them reach new heights of success.
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide team effectiveness coaching and facilitation, supporting our leaders to foster strong teamwork and engagement within their teams.
- Conduct individual and group coaching sessions to support the development and growth of our leaders, assisting them in reaching their potential.
- Utilise your coaching practise and experience to tailor coaching to the unique needs of each individual, ensuring an inclusive approach that considers different backgrounds and perspectives.
- Collaborate with other coaches and members of our learning and development team to continuously improve and enhance our coaching programme.
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in coaching leadership positions across all levels within a large organisation.
- Excellent facilitation skills and experience conducting group engagement activities.
- Experience working in the banking industry or a similar operational business role.
- Possess a supervisory qualification in coaching, such as ICF, Association for Coaching, EMCC, or QA Assurance.
- Ability to effectively communicate and connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Work Pattern
Please note that this is a part-time role, requiring only 2 days of work per week, however on a very competitive day rate via an Umbrella company.
