What's involved? We are looking for a confident sous chef to join a truly unique restaurant based on an airfield in Sailsbury. Supporting the head chef and helping lead the junior members of the team you will be tasked with delivering a one of a kind menu; all cooked on our clients new J&R Oyler 1300e smoker, the first of its kind in the UK and second in Europe.
Ideal candidate for this role would have previous sous chef experience, great attention to detail, team player mindset and a systemic approach with a mature and positive attitude. Ideally would of had a minimum of 2 years at this level. Ideally the successful candidate will be able to drive.
