About the Impact Academy The Impact Academy is a comprehensive 9-12 month training programme designed to equip you with all the skills and knowledge you need to thrive as a Recruitment Consultant. Working alongside a supportive team with over 25 years of combined experience, you'll:
- Source Top Talent: Identify and interview candidates for both temporary and permanent positions within the education sector.
- Client Engagement: Create professional CV profiles and collaborate with sales teams to place candidates successfully.
- Hit Your Targets: Achieve weekly targets and KPIs, earning commission along the way.
