Our client, an independent firm of accountants, is offering a rare opening for a Full time or Part-Time Bookkeeper to join their team in Weybridge. This position offers flexibility with working hours, ranging between 3 days - 5 days per week, making it ideal for someone looking for a long-term part-time role.
Role Overview:
Reporting directly to the Directors, you will manage a small portfolio of clients, ensuring their bookkeeping needs are met. This Bookkeeper role is diverse and will involve a variety of tasks, including:
- Preparing accounts up to Trial Balance
- General bookkeeping and ledger maintenance
- Bank reconciliations
- Calculating and submitting quarterly VAT returns
- Payroll duties
- Addressing ad-hoc client queries
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Previous bookkeeping experience is essential, particularly with Sage 50 and/or QuickBooks.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, organisational abilities, and attention to detail.
- Background: Experience working in a firm of accountants is essential.

Salary Band has been set by Fletcher George at £30,000 - £40,000 FTE. There is an accompanying range of range benefits including parking.
