We are seeking an Finance Assistant to join a team in assisting with financial tasks and Purchase Ledger.
Office based - 9 - 5.30pm
Job spec:
- Part of the accounts team carrying out accounts admin tasks
- Responsible for processing of raw material purchase invoices on to the system
- Ensures the follow-up of queries in a timely manner.
- Supports the preparation of weekly BACS payment run.
- Responsible for the processing of bank transactions on to the system
- Submission of ad-hoc reports
Person spec:
- Experience working within a similar role
- Strong data entry skills
- Available to start a short notice
