Application Support Analyst
Salary - £45,000
Location - 1 day per week in London office for first 3 months, then monthly visits
I am excited to be partnered with a global leader in data security and verification, with a focus in the education and employment industry. They provide security and digital fraud screening checks to over 50,000 institutions all around the world in nearly 200 countries.
As they grow and the CTO takes on additional responsibilities, they are looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to come in and take over all 2nd and 3rd line support issues and queries from the team.
As an Application Support Analyst, you must have experience with:
- SQL
- Cloud Management System
- ISO27001
- 2nd line support agent - able to write queries that search for bugs and data anomalies
- Understanding of how the app works and the capabilities of the technical system as a whole
- Be proactive and take initiative
- Background in online anti-fraud, security, cybersecurity, background screening, digital fraud screening
Nice to haves:
- Experience migrating to Azure or another cloud-based platform
- Leadership experience
This will be an excellent place to work with its scale-up nature that affords you the opportunity to gain experience in many areas of the business taking on various tasks.
You will also enjoy great flexibility as an Application Support Analyst. Your travel will be expensed when you come into the office 1 day per week for the first 3 months while you become settled and familiarised with the application and meet the team. After this, you will only be required into the office for monthly visits.
