As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be a key member of a dynamic team, focused on delivering an outstanding service. You'll support the Sales Department by managing accounts, handling customer enquiries via phone and email, processing orders and ensuring our customers receive exceptional care.

As Customer Service Coordinator you'll be responsible for: -

  • Proactively manage key customer accounts by processing customer orders within the correct time frame
  • Managing customer enquires via inbound and outbound calls and emails
  • Dealing with delivery issues/quires, stock allocation and management of goods into the business
  • Working closely with the warehouse department and logistic companies to organise shipment of good
  • Establishing strong relationships with customers offering a high level of service
  • Using the ERP/CRM systems to administrate the order process and produce report and documentation
  • other adhoc administration tasks

As Customer Service Coordinator you'll have: -

  • A confident telephone manor with the ability to build successful customer relationships over the phone
  • Previous experience managing customer accounts/processing customer order
  • Strong IT skills including Excel and CRM systems
  • Knowledge/ experience within a manufacturing type environment with an understanding of supply chain
  • The ability to manage a busy workload whilst offering a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and administration skills
  • A positive outlook with a tenacious and driven mindset
