Here at Human Appeal we have an exciting opportunity for a Donor Care Project Lead to join our team based in Cheadle, Greater Manchester**.** In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £12.50 per hour.

As Donor Care Project Lead, the successful candidate will play an integral role in the Donor Care Department. We are ideally looking to appoint somebody immediately to this role.

Key duties and responsibilities of the Donor Care Project Lead include:

  • Liaising with donors on the phone and via email, taking donations for standard and bespoke products and projects, to maximise every opportunity for income generation
  • Acting as a telephone/face-to-face hub for all stakeholders (donors, suppliers, agencies, staff) providing customers with general assistance and information, to ensure excellence in customer service and a timely response for business continuity
  • Modelling how a Donor Care advisor should exhibit themselves on and off the phone and how to consistently radiate our qualities on and off the phone
  • Providing one-to-one support to advisors to help them deal with any issues they may be facing
  • Searching and recruiting for suitable candidates to join and enhance the team (internally)
  • Keeping a record of staff performances and have individual targets set per subordinate
  • Maintaing and developing new admin procedures/systems via updating records (such as absence tracker) and ensuring maintenance of physical and electronic documents/data to keep all records secure and accurate as possible for business efficient purposes
  • Maintaining health and safety standards by reporting hazards, antisocial behaviours, CCTV observations to the relevant personnel
  • Updating/inputting transactions onto all logs/systems including Salesforce, DMS, AMS, absence tracker, receipts log, return mail, cheques, to ensure records are secure and accurate as possible for business efficiency purposes

What we're looking for in our Donor Care Project Lead include:

  • GCSE level Maths and English with college level education
  • 1-2 years of similar experience
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about the international development sector
