School Office Manager

Hours: 30-35 hours per week Monday to Friday term time plus 3 weeks

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Office Manager to join our busy school administration team. This role will have line management responsibility.

  • Has a background in leading administrative functions ideally in a busy office environment
  • Has excellent IT skills - is fluent with the Microsoft Suite of Applications, including managing the calendar of the school.
  • Has highly effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Is able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
  • Is able to multitask and prioritise
  • Is well-organised, efficient, flexible, calm, friendly, motivated and passionate about providing an excellent support service to our children, staff and visitors
  • Enjoys working with people and is looking for a new challenge in a growing organisation
  • Ability to use their own initiative and experience to develop existing processes and build on existing ones
