Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK resident residing within commutable distance to either York. Please note that we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and the implement Social Media strategy for each brand within the group portfolio for social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand strategy and execution.
- Build the Group's social presence by curating, creating, sharing, & managing social media activities, ensuring alignment with brand's values and goals.
- Deliver weekly social media content for each brand with the goal of increasing brand awareness, consideration, and lead generation.
- Remain on top of social media trends and emerging technologies to ensure content is current and engaging.
- Adopt a results-driven approach to all activities, providing regular reports to internal stakeholders on their performance.
- Act as a Social Media consultant by providing training and guidance to teams across all brands, facilitating effective implementation of social media strategies.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 1.5+ years' experience in a Social Media Executive role or similar is essential.
- Excellent understanding of social platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, and how to leverage these effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on performance.
- Creative mindset with the ability to enhance and maintain a brand's identity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience in real estate industry would be highly beneficial.
