Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting with daily tasks such as dressing, eating, and mobility
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Monitoring residents' health and reporting any changes to the nursing team
- Promoting a safe and respectful environment, maintaining dignity and privacy
Requirements:
- A caring and empathetic nature
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in care (desirable but not essential)
- Willingness to work 12 hour shifts and alternate weekends
