Your new role
The key duties of your new role will include:
- Preperation of statutory accounts from client records to partner review
- Supporting the partners in reviewing the work of more junior staff
- Preparing and reviewing corporation tax returns and CT600s
- Preparing and reviewing VAT returns
- Preparing and reviewing personal tax computations
- Assisting in the management of a diverse client portfolio with the partners
- Supervising and supporting junior team members
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role at a practice accountancy firm and be working towards their ACCA qualification. You will possess strong technical knowledge and boast excellent communication and people skills. You will have experience of accounting systems such as Sage and Iris and ideally, you will have previous experience assisting with audit engagements.
