Salary:
£60,000 - £65,000.
This Property Litigation team works with a diverse range of clients, from individual homeowners to large-scale commercial developers and landowners. With an extensive client base, they have built a strong reputation across the Midlands for helping clients achieve their commercial aims through tailored, strategic advice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of commercial property litigation cases, providing pragmatic and tailored solutions.
- Support clients in achieving their business objectives through strategic legal advice.
- Manage litigation matters from inception to completion, ensuring excellent outcomes for clients.
- Develop and manage client relationships, helping to further grow our client base.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the firm and contribute to the ongoing success of the team.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-5 years PQE in property litigation, with strong experience in commercial property matters.
- Commercial acumen, with the ability to understand clients' goals and deliver bespoke solutions.
- Proven success in litigation, with excellent negotiation skills.
- A friendly, approachable demeanor with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Ambition, with a keen interest in progressing your career and taking on responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent IT skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work to targets.
- A collaborative, team-focused approach to work.
