With an extensive client base, they have built a strong reputation across the Midlands for helping clients achieve their commercial aims through tailored, strategic advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a variety of commercial property litigation cases, providing pragmatic and tailored solutions.
  • Support clients in achieving their business objectives through strategic legal advice.
  • Manage litigation matters from inception to completion, ensuring excellent outcomes for clients.
  • Develop and manage client relationships, helping to further grow our client base.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the firm and contribute to the ongoing success of the team.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-5 years PQE in property litigation, with strong experience in commercial property matters.
  • Commercial acumen, with the ability to understand clients' goals and deliver bespoke solutions.
  • Proven success in litigation, with excellent negotiation skills.
  • A friendly, approachable demeanor with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ambition, with a keen interest in progressing your career and taking on responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent IT skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work to targets.
  • A collaborative, team-focused approach to work.
