We are looking for a dedicated generalist HR Manager with a passion for people and a knack for organisation. The successful candidate will be in a stand alone role responsible for 2 sites of approx 60 employees. You can either be based out of the Hull or Pontefract site with hybrid working 3 days site based/2 days WFH.

Description
- Responsible for all aspects of HR for 2 sites/60 employees
- First point of contact for all HR queries
- Employee Relations
- Payroll administration using ADP
- Stakeholder management building strong working relationships with excellent communication
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Report to management and provide decision support
- Manage consultation processes with reviews of structures/org design
- Support with key projects
- HR Administration
Profile
A successful HR Manager should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven experience in a HR managerial role
- Deep knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Outstanding organisational and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
Job Offer
