We are looking for a dedicated generalist HR Manager with a passion for people and a knack for organisation. The successful candidate will be in a stand alone role responsible for 2 sites of approx 60 employees. You can either be based out of the Hull or Pontefract site with hybrid working 3 days site based/2 days WFH.

Description

  • Responsible for all aspects of HR for 2 sites/60 employees
  • First point of contact for all HR queries
  • Employee Relations
  • Payroll administration using ADP
  • Stakeholder management building strong working relationships with excellent communication
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Report to management and provide decision support
  • Manage consultation processes with reviews of structures/org design
  • Support with key projects
  • HR Administration

Profile

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven experience in a HR managerial role
  • Deep knowledge of HR functions and best practices
  • Outstanding organisational and leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000 per annum
