Service Advisor
Location: Poole
Salary: £26,500 pa + uncapped bonus plan, OTE c £35k
Hours: 8am-6pm 4 days per week on 12 week pattern and 8.30am-1.30pm 1 in 4 Saturdays

To be a consideration for this role you must have direct Service Advisor experience working for a main car dealership after-sales operation. You will be professional, resilient with first class customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities in this key customer facing Service Advisor role:
- Communicating and updating the progress of customers vehicles, whilst they are serviced or repaired
- Confidentially explaining diagnosis of faults
- Upselling important and urgent repairs
- Ensuring customers' experiences are as premium as the cars on offer
- Handling customer concerns and complaints in order to reach positive outcomes
