After securing significant long-term contracts, we are now recruiting talented individuals to join our team as a Process Operator! About Us:

Position: Process Operator

Location: Yeovil
Hours: 40.5 hours per week

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
  • Friday: 7:30 am - 12:00 pm

Summary of Functions:

To prepare customer products, including masking preparation and jigging activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing Components/Parts: Ensure smooth and efficient handling through the treatment lines.
  • Jigging: Properly position and secure parts for processing.
  • Understanding Aerospace and Defence Drawings: Accurately interpret technical drawings to meet specifications.
  • Operator Inspection: Perform inspections to guarantee high-quality standards.
  • Adherence to Specifications and Work Instructions: Follow detailed guidelines to ensure precision.
  • Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a safe and tidy work environment at all times.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Handling Aerospace and Defence Components: Proven competence in managing specialised components.
  • Surface Coating Experience: Proficiency in anodising and plating processes.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing business environment.
