Meridian Business Support is currently recruiting for Mental Health Nurses and Learning Disability Nurses for our client based in Cardiff . This full-time role (part-time opportunities available) offers a competitive salary of up to £40455 per annum for a 37.5-hour work week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor the needs of patients.
- Collaboratively plan the care needs of patients.
- Develop positive behavioural support plans with patients.
- Actively participate as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
- Administer medications.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse Qualification (RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
- Minimum of 6 months' experience.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Self-aware, seeking support and advice when needed.
- Effective listening and rapport-building abilities.
- Ability to organise and prioritise your time efficiently.
