My client is a well-established construction business with a focus on delivering an excellent service to its broad range of customers. The business is growing and is now in a position to add to their team. They are recruiting for an administrator who will be based on their reception desk but also provide administration support to the finance team, as well as other teams within the business. In this busy, varied role you will be responsible for:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors.
  • Preparing meeting rooms, arranging lunches.
  • Scanning and filing documentation online
  • Dealing with incoming enquiries.
  • Processing invoices.
  • Resolving queries.
