We are seeking an experienced Electrical Installation Lecturer to join our client's Further Education college in South West London. This is a full-time position, perfect for a dedicated professional who is qualified up to Level 3 and capable of delivering Levels 1 and 2 to our students.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Delivering comprehensive lectures and practical sessions in Electrical Installation for Levels 1 and 2.
- Preparing lesson plans and materials, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards.
- Assessing and evaluating student work, providing constructive feedback to support their progress.
- Maintaining student attendance records and other required documentation.
- Staying current with developments in the field of Electrical Installation and education best practices.
- Providing academic guidance and support to students as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must hold a qualification up to Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
- Proven experience in delivering educational content at FE level.
- Strong understanding of the current curriculum and teaching methods for Electrical Installation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
