Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Purchase to Pay (P2P) Manager to lead our P2P function. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing P2P team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

  • Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.

  • Champion cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless P2P operations across the organization.

  1. Policy and Procedure Implementation:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive P2P policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Ensure proper documentation and training on P2P policies and procedures for all relevant stakeholders.

  • Oversee the end-to-end P2P process, from requisition to payment, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.

  • Collaborate with key suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and establish strong, strategic partnerships.

  • Monitor and analyze P2P metrics and KPIs to identify trends, address issues, and drive continuous improvement.
