ABOUT THE ROLE If you are passionate about driving sales growth and possess strong sales acumen this is your chance:

Join the dynamic Sales team of Duropal / Pfleiderer either in the

Greater Manchester/Liverpool area ("M62 Corridor")or Greater Birmingham area

as dedicated Brand Ambassador.

While having a background in customer service or promotional activity can be advantageous, what truly matters is your dedication and determination!

In your new role you will be promoting and selling our range of worktops and panel products into kitchen studios and small- to medium-size kitchen and bedroom manufacturers by developing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers in target businesses.

Your tasks in detail:

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Duropal worktops.
  • Identify sales opportunities and generate leads through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Ensure that customers have up-to-date POS, maintaining worktop display stands and providing customers with information and swatches.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing enquiries, resolving issuesand ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Build a database of kitchen studios and small to medium kitchen and bedroom manufacturers in agreed area.
  • Provide regular sales leads to distribution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor productsand market developments to effectively position our offerings.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports on customer visits, interactionsand sales performance metrics.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for growth and expansion within assigned territory or market segment.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and exhibitions to increase brand visibility and market presence.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends customer preferences, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's values, missionand commitment to quality in all interactions.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Prior experience in sales, particularly within the kitchen or interior design industry, is highly desirable.
  • The ability to confidently engage with clients and promote products effectively is crucial.
  • You should possessexcellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to represent the company professionally in various settings.
  • Proficiency in managing a designated sales territory, particularly in the North of England region, is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge or interest in kitchen worktops and panel products is advantageous.
  • You should be willing to learn and familiarise yourself with the company's product range, featuresand benefits.
  • While the role primarily involves independent work, you should also be a team player, capable of collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, customer supportand their line manager to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve company objectives.
  • Language skills: English.
  • Ability and willingness to travel.
