Description
As a PT PA your responsibilities will include:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
- Coordinate and manage meetings, agendas and minutes
- Manage and organise team correspondence and communication
- Maintain and update records and databases
- Assist with the preparation of reports and documents
- Support the team with project-related tasks
Profile
A successful PT PA should have:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Job Offer
