We are inviting dedicated Social Workers to join our Children's Assessment & Intervention team. This role offers a hybrid working model. Day-to-day of the role:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and interventions for children and their families.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with other professionals.
  • Regularly review and update case files to ensure the best outcomes for children.
  • Provide support and advice to families, working towards safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in accordance with legal and organisational requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A recognised qualification in Social Work.
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in children's services, assessment, and intervention.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
