We're seeking a paralegal to join our company's legal department in Bath. The role includes providing legal advice and support to various departments, while ensuring compliance with legal standards and reducing risk.

Description
Commercial:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts including customer and supplier agreements, terms and conditions, heads of terms and non-disclosure agreements.
- Supporting the sales and purchase teams on contract review and contract management.
- Advising on potential disputes.
Company Secretarial:
- Support to company secretarial function including share transfers and corporate filings at Companies House.
- Assistance with draft Board and Management agendas and minutes.
- Assistance with organising and running of the AGM.
Other legal:
- Involvement as required in a variety of other legal areas, including property/lease matters, trusts, environmental queries and intellectual property.
- Assisting on the development of Company precedents and policies.
- Provide support on departmental administrative matters.
- Advising on compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Profile
- Completed the LLB and has at least 6 month's experience in commercial contracts, corporate or commercial litigation.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with key stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
- Methodical, organised, and thorough, with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capable of using own initiative, with good communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Open and approachable with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
Job Offer
