Elevation Engineering & Manufacturing's team have been exclusively retained to manage a recruitment campaign for our prestigious client-based Sheffield.
The client is a worldwide leader in design and manufacturing for the orthopedic and medical device markets, including joint reconstruction, spine, trauma, sports medicine, extremities and dental. With 14 world-class facilities located around the globe, they continue to provide others an opportunity to live a better life through the products, services and the way the company conducts business.
Their Sheffield facility, based off the Sheffield Parkway, comprises a Forge, Foundry and CNC Machining and Finishing processes. It employs approximately 230 people and focuses on joint reconstruction, in particular knee and hip joints and also the instruments required to fit the medical device parts.
They currently have a vacancy available within Despatch Department. We are keen to speak with individuals with a desire to work in the following role:
Export Administrator / Release Inspector
Hours: 39 hours per week
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 7am-4pm / Friday 7am-12noon
Hourly Rate: £11.84ph
Reporting to the Despatch Supervisor you will be responsible for:
- Release of product for distribution to customers
- Responsible for inspecting all relevant paperwork for the release of product
- Authorising the release of product for distribution to customers
- Complete relevant documentation for the export and release of product
Essential experience for the role:
- Must have worked within manufacturing
- Must be able to follow instructions and work to KPI's
