Workchain is currently recruiting for a Drivers Mate to join our client in Woodford Green. As a Drivers Mate, you will be responsible for assisting the driver with various tasks to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of goods to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading goods from the vehicle
- Assisting the driver with navigation and route planning
- Providing excellent customer service during deliveries
- Ensuring all paperwork and delivery notes are completed accurately
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Drivers Mate is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid UK driving licence is advantageous
