Salary: £22,000- £30,000 OTE

Days/ Times: Monday- Friday- 8:30- 17:30 / Alternate Saturdays- 8:30- 16:00

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our client's team as a Sales Negotiator. This multifaceted role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to successfully negotiate.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Book property viewings and provide accurate information about available properties.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Act as a liaison between buyers and sellers, conveying offers, counteroffers, and other pertinent information.
  • Keep clients informed of the progress of their transactions and provide support and guidance as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance and support to help them achieve their property goals.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and address any concerns or questions they may have.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the real estate industry, preferably in the Nottingham area.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of achieving successful sales outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of the property market, including current trends and pricing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to property sales in the UK.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in the real estate industry.
