We're partnering with a well-known and very highly regarded international NGO to find a a talented Financial Modeller to help us shape the financial future and ensure maximum impact and sustainability of the programmes.
With strong excel skills, you will help to develop a robust long-term planning model that will guide the strategic decision-making processes. This model will enable teams to assess various scenarios that will shape the future direction and success of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support long-term strategic planning.
- Conduct financial analysis and scenario planning to inform organisational decision-making.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant data and insights.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, projections, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial data and reports.
- Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in financial modelling, analysis, and forecasting.
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
- Available at short notice
