Robert Walters are excited to be representing a global blue-chip business in their search for a Head of Record to Report to join their Shared Service Centre in Manchester.
This role will see you join the leadership team at the heart of the finance team within a well-established, successful and continually ambitious organisation.
You will utilise past successes within SSC environments to drive improvements to processes and systems, ensuring the finance function running in a slick and efficient manner. You'll be responsibile for maintaining a high level of output, working in partnership with other departments to ensure the businesses growth plans are being met. You'll provide a people-focused approach, business partnering with senior stakeholders and seeking to coach and develop your team to provide them with the necessary tools to develop both professionally and personally.
You as the successful individual:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with several years' PQE.
- Confident driving change and transformation within finance.
- Varied financial knowledge across reporting, financial control, analysis, AP, AR, fixed assets.
- Strong system skills, SAP being desirable.
- Previous success of managing and developing large teams in a SSC environment.
- FMCG experiencer would be advantageous.
