In order to begin work in the upcoming academic year, we are now seeking a full-time French teacher to join an exceptional secondary school in Plymouth.
To teach classes in grades KS3 through KS5, the school is looking for a French teacher. You will be joining a well-established department with lots of assistance. However, the position will be better suited for an experienced educator because it will require the postholder to support various exam groups and assume full responsibility for preparing, marking, and assessing right away.

As a Full time French teacher, you will be expected to:
- Deliver engaging and effective French lessons to secondary school students.
- Marking, Planning and assessment are required.
- Comply with the school behaviour policy.
- Reporting pupil progress against targets/action plans
- Build relationships with the pupils, parents, and staff.
- Participate in school events and extracurricular activities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to get one).
- 2 proven professional references.
- Proficiency in the French language and a deep understanding of French culture.
- Experience teaching French at the secondary school level (KS3 - KS5).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire students.
