A not-for-profit organisation in West London is currently looking for a part-time Finance Officer on an ongoing basis to join the finance function.
Your new role
- Manage the petty cash
- Processing of timesheets.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring accuracy
- Set up and process supplier payment runs and send remittances.
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end procedures.
- Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
What you'll need to succeed
- Good working knowledge of Sage 50cloud Accounts.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- High level of numerical accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
