I am looking for a Payroll Implementation Consultant to join my exciting Software Development client on an initial 4/5 month contract opportunity. Joining a highly experienced team, you will be responsible to assist and lead the implementation of a new Payroll system and oversee the integration of the system with Workday.
This role is paying roughly £350 per day Outside IR35 and is fully remote for a duration of 4/5 months.
Please note, this is a more junior position and would suit anyone with around 2/3 years experience on similar payroll implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of the selected payroll system, ensuring timely and efficient execution
- Oversee the integration of the new payroll system with Workday, ensuring all processes are aligned and function smoothly.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Conduct testing of the new payroll system to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reliability.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on the new payroll system and processes.
- Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and standards
