- Role: Behaviour Mentor / Learning Support Assistant
- ?? Daily Rate: £100 per day
- ?? Duration: Long-Term (Summer Term)
- ?? Start Date: Immediate
- ?? Contract: Monday - Friday (Full-Time)
Key Responsibilities:
- �? Work with Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students (ages 11 - 16) within an SEN Provision
- �? Support students who are disengaged from mainstream education or have additional needs (Social, Emotional, Mental Health/Behavioural Needs)
Requirements:
- ?? Experience with Learning Difficulties, SEMH, and/or EBD preferred
- ?? Ability to manage challenging/confrontational behavior
- ?? Previous experience working with children or young people
- ?? Valid and Enhanced Child or Child and Adult DBS check registered on the update service
Role Overview:
- ?? Assist students with tasks and activities set by teachers
- ??? Address behavioral and special needs issues in collaboration with teaching staff
- ?? Help implement lesson plans and support the delivery of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- �? Build rapport and establish positive relationships with students and teachers
