Working within a diverse, fast-paced team, you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and outbound calling for cross-selling multiple utilities.

About The Role:

  • You will predominantly focus on cross-selling multiple utilities and additional products
  • You shall use a custom-built system to generate quotations and accurately update your CRM data
  • You'll be dealing with a high volume of outbound and inbound calls to customers
  • You must be comfortable working with others and you'll be one of the main points of contact for both inbound and outbound enquiries
  • You will manage and prioritise daily workloads to ensure high levels of effective productivity

You Will Need To Have/Be:

  • Knowledge of UK telecoms or other utility industry
  • Confident in your abilities to speak to DMs
  • Capable of following a sales structure whilst going "off script" to add your own splash of personality
  • First-class communication skills
  • Motivated and hungry to succeed
  • A proven ability to exceed targets
