Your new role
The role will see the successful candidate
- Supporting HR advisors and HRBP's with case management
- Taking minutes in cases and investigations
- Engaging with stakeholders across the business
- Generalist HR activities
- Triaging issues by phone and inbox
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience within an HR team
Experience taking minutes or notes in meetings and investigations
Signposting managers to policies
Answering first line queries
