The Role:
- Overseeing a team of 7 people, 5 engineers, 1 supervisor and 1 coordinator
- Overseeing 3 estates of 50-70 buildings ranging from huts to large buildings
- Further training such as IOSH and NEBOSH
The Person:
- Previous M&E or Hard FM Experience
- Holds a UK Drivers License
