Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled CNC 5-Axis Miller who can program, set, and operate CNC machinery (Mazatrol and Fanuc) to produce complex, precision components. If you have a passion for precision engineering and are ready for a new challenge, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program, set up, and operate 5-axis CNC mills to produce complex parts.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T to determine optimal machining processes.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain machinery and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Monitor product quality, make adjustments as necessary, and maintain accurate production records.

Qualifications:

  • Strong GD&T skills and knowledge of machining processes.
  • 5+ years of experience programming, setting up, and operating CNC mills.
  • Proficiency in Fanuc and Mazatrol programming is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
