Telephony Support Specialist - Fully Remote - £400-£450 per day - 3 month contract

I am seeking a Telephony Support Specialist to work on primariliy Avaya kit for a large, well-regarded FTSE250 client. This role is fully remote, but may require travel to site from time to time.

The successful Telephony Support Specialist will have the following duties:

  • Working extensively with Avaya handsets and VoIP telephony
  • Creating new user login IDs, phone extensions and new user groups
  • Adhering to telephony security principles
  • Creation of group voicemails
  • Remote and on site to facilitate upgrades, installs, and programming changes
  • Managing 3rd party service providers

You will also have the following skills and attributes:

  • Strong customer facing, communication and people skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to liaise with service providers and work within agreed SLAs
  • Ability to apply principles of Data Governance and provide Technical Risk Assessments

This is an excellent opportunity for the right Telephony Support Specialst to work in a growing business at a key time in their development. This is an initial 3 month assignment with the strong possibility of extension.
