Energy Assessor

This is an exciting opportunity to join a multidisciplined building services consultancy who are looking to expand their sustainability team by having an established Energy Assessor join them in their new offices in Birmingham.
Role responsibilities include:
- Carrying out non-domestic EPC's via SBEM and Design Building modelling software
- Being involved with energy surveying of buildings
- Working alongside clients and residents of the buildings for surveys
- Identifying and providing solutions that will improve energy efficiency
Requirements for this role will include:
- Have a Level 4 NDEA qualification with demonstratable experience carrying out EPCs for non-residential projects
- Relevant experience within a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor or sustainability engineering role
- Proficient with IES-VE and Design Builder software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Full UK Driving License
